CUMULATIVE RECORD MAINTENANCE
The mentors meet the mentees regularly (last Friday of every month) and record the outcome of the meetings in the Cumulative Record System. The details about each mentee is recorded and updated periodically in the above system.
The academic performance of each student is monitored by the course teacher. The cumulative record is maintained by the mentor who imparts personal and academic guidance. Academic guidance is given to both the slow and advanced learners by the course teachers and they are properly channelized for their improvement. The students are motivated and guided for pursuing higher education according to their choice and capabilities.
